She has over 20-years of experience in management and in drafting marketing strategies for brands and companies in such sectors as pharma, home appliances & consumer electronics, finance and FMCG. Founder and initiator of Poland’s first integrated communication agency & lecturer at Warsaw University where she teaches students how to build successful marketing strategies. Believes in the power of emotional marketing based on inbound marketing, as a a way to create authentic relations & engagement.

Has won numerous trophies for campaigns planned as a strategist for Multi Communications and Hill & Knowlton (CSR campaign for BPS Bank, Rexona or Soplica, social campaigns for Durex, interna communication for Gazeta Wyborcza). Joanna is a keen Rescue Diver and if she is not diving in one of the world’s oceans or seas, she runs diving courses.

Brings business order into the sometimes unruly world of creation. Award winner of numerous Effie trophies was also granted the 3rd place in AdMan 2013 ranking. Raised in the Warsaw Wola District he identifies with its simple street values and combines them wisely with professional integrated marketing approach. Has excellent people skills which help him to sell anything to practically anyone.

In 2006 together with 3 partners created Grandes Kochonos, currently Poland’s top independent advertising and marketing communication agency, which over the years has been twice named Advertising Agency of the Year according to “Media & Marketing Polska” magazine and has gained the EFFIE award 7 times. This award in Poland is granted to campaigns with the highest effectiveness. Jacek is also a big fan of cycling.
